Nefisso seeds are roasted and salted: classic or extra salted sunflower seeds in 60 g bags and pumpkin seeds in 70 g bags. All three varieties come in their shells.
Which sunflower seeds suit my taste?
For a milder saltiness, choose Nefisso Classic Sunflower Seeds with 1 g of salt per 100 g. For a more intense taste, discover the extra salted variety with 1.5 g of salt per 100 g.
Can I get both varieties in one box?
Yes. Sunflower Love contains six bags of each variety, giving you twelve bags of 60 g each.
