Our story
Our roasting tradition
Our roasting tradition
began in Gaziantep.
The foundations of Nefis Kuruyemiş were laid in 1960 in Gaziantep, also known as Antep. Over generations, a small shop selling nuts and dried fruit grew into the Nefisso brand. Our knowledge has been passed from master to apprentice ever since.
That experience lives on in our slow, gentle roasting process with two roasting stages. Today, all ten Nefisso varieties are roasted and packed in Turkey. This online shop is operated by LGCK Lebensmittelhandel AG, based in Stuttgart.

Nefisso offers roasted nuts, seeds and savoury snacks. Its roots lie in Nefis Kuruyemiş, founded in Gaziantep in 1960. All ten varieties in our online shop are roasted slowly, gently and twice in Turkey, where they are also packed.
Which nuts, seeds and snacks can I buy?
The range includes ten varieties: pistachios, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, classic and extra salted sunflower seeds, Deluxe Mix, roasted corn, chickpeas, almonds and cashews.

Which discovery box is right for me?
The Starter Basic contains one bag of each of the ten varieties. For family and the office, there is the Stock Up Box with 18 bags of nine varieties. It does not include Deluxe Mix. The Heritage Collection contains two bags of each of the ten varieties.
Which Nefisso varieties come in their shells?
Our pistachios, pumpkin seeds and both varieties of sunflower seeds are sold in their shells. Ingredients and nutritional information are listed on each product page.
Where can I find shelf life and storage information?
The best before date and storage instructions are printed on each pack. Please follow the information for your particular variety and pack.
Can I reorder my favourites individually?
