Roasting craft from Gaziantep since 1960. Selected ingredients, slowly and gently roasted twice with moderate heat. Our aim: balanced roasted aroma, recognisable ingredient flavour and a satisfying crunch.

Our small individual packs stand upright in a quad seal format. Their aluminium barrier laminate protects aroma and crunch until opening. Open the variety you want and keep the other packs sealed.

We deliberately invest extra time, expertise and money in slow double roasting, careful ingredient selection and elaborate packaging. We choose this additional effort for your enjoyment and practical benefits in everyday life.

All ten Nefisso varieties are roasted slowly, gently and twice in Turkey, where they are also packed. Our distinctive roasting process shapes their unmistakable flavour. Our roasting tradition began in Gaziantep in 1960.
